RULES

1. All dishes must be cooked on-site. No open fires (gas or charcoal is ok).
2. One 10×10 canopy allowed per team.
3. Each team must have a fire extinguisher readily available (not in your vehicle).
4. Participants are required to prepare enough food to allow festival goers to taste, within reason. Bowls and spoons are provided.
5. Participants may stop providing samples at their discretion in order to have enough food for judges to taste.
6. Check-in starts at 8 am.
7. Dishes MUST be turned in on time. All entries must be in the provided containers that correspond to the dish.
8. Judging will begin at 2:30pm. Winners announced at 3:30pm.
9. Please, NO personal pets allowed unless ADA-certified with proof of certification.

PRIZES

There will be cash & prizes for the Winner and Runner up of each category.
A People’s Choice Grand Champion will be decided by public voting! Award valued at $1700.

• Fee includes entry of 1 dish, 2 wristbands, and parking on Acadiana Animal Aid shelter property for 1 vehicle.
